Pathways Align

Wendy has returned to her Beijing home. I met her at the airport Saturday April 27th and we have picked up our adventure from where we left off in early October 2018.

One of our many selfies. I wish I had Wendy’s pictures to choose from so you will have to suffer through my photos.

Although Wendy was tired from her journey she jumped right into the China experience and we ventured out to my favourite spot The Summer Palace the day after her arrival.

I am sure Wendy may add a few of her beautiful pictures. China is a feast for her photographic eyes.

Not all our ventures are quite as joyous as the ones I have pictured. We did venture to Beihai Park one of the most visited sites in Beijing and it was simply too much. When you combine the crowds and my lack of direction we simple had to retreat and go home. Sorry no pictures of that outing. We plan to get up early Sunday and have another go at Beihai.

Hong Kong was indeed one of our most memorable trips thus far. We did have some hick ups with flights but worked through the issues. As they say in China TIC. (This is China)

Pictures do not do this city justice. So unique and different from Beijing and Shanghai. So happy to be blogging together and will try to fit in another entry before Wendy leaves May 12th.
